We want to make sure you love our products. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it. Provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface via our contact form for the fastest resolution.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Once in production, cancellation may not be possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your shipment details. You can also visit our Support page and enter your order number and email to check your order status.
Can I cancel a donation or tip?
Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once checkout is complete, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Can I cancel my membership subscription?
You can cancel your membership at any time via your Billing page. Cancellations take effect after your current subscription period ends — there is no refund for the current period.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. However, if there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it within 30 days of purchase.
How do I report a quality issue?
For the fastest resolution, provide a photograph demonstrating the quality issue or damaged area, along with your order number. Take photos on a flat, well-lit surface with the tag and error clearly displayed, then contact us through our support page.
How long do refunds take?
PayPal refunds appear in your account within 24 business hours. Credit/debit card refunds appear within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
Are membership subscriptions refundable?
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Production time (typically 3–7 business days) is in addition to transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
The Service is intended primarily for visitors in the United States. International shipping availability and costs are specified at checkout.
Who pays for shipping?
You are responsible for all shipping costs, which are specified at checkout. We do cover return shipping for defective items that qualify for a return.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, Klarna/Afterpay and other local payment methods.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Are there any promotional codes?
Promotional codes may be available from time to time. Enter your code at checkout if you have one. Promotions are subject to terms and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Are products true to size?
Size guides are available on individual product pages. Because products are made to order, we cannot accept size-related returns, so please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
What is the print quality like?
All products are printed using high-quality production processes. If you receive an item with a visible print error or quality issue, we will replace or refund it — just contact us with photos within 30 days.
Can I see samples before buying?
Product images and mockups are shown on each product page. If you have specific questions about a product, reach out to us via the Support page.
